The Service itself, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Medium Article Scraper and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Access to the Service requires creating an account via Clerk, our authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at abdullahmd326@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment processor, Polar. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Polar to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. SCRAPED CONTENT ACCURACY IS NOT GUARANTEED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MEDIUM ARTICLE SCRAPER AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as applicable.
